Joining the WITRON Service Australia team during a key growth phase (as we prepare to go live at our Brisbane site, and continue the construction of our Kemps Creek site). Reporting to our HR Manager - Australia you'll be working closely with Site Leadership Teams, and our global support teams, no two days will look the same as you to build the foundation for our Australian sites.

**Your role in our team**
- Support in the handling of operational and strategic HR activities
- Participation in the establishment, optimization and further development of HR processes and methods
- Coordinate and facilitate recruiting campaigns including collaborating with leaders, HR, marketing and communications teams
- Provide expert advice to employees and leaders alike on all aspects of HR
- HR Project activity (both in Australia and globally)
- Maintenance of all HR Information Systems (Kronos, SAP, Success Factors) and liaison with external payroll provider
- Demonstrated prior experience in a generalist HR role
- Enjoys working on a mix of operational and strategic HR activities including recruitment, payroll, policy development, employee relations, talent & succession planning etc.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Independent and structured way of working, confidence to build strong working relationships across the globe
- Has the flexibility to work hours that may involve differing timezones / shiftwork / weekends to support operational requirements
- Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally
- Passionate about people and creating a great workplace environment
