We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the employee journey, from recruitment to engagement and beyond.
You will play a key part in driving initiatives that support a thriving workplace culture, embed people-first practices, and position the business as an employer of choice.
About the Role:- Coach managers and provide day-to-day HR advice across departments
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Support training programs, performance conversations, and ER matters
- Lead engagement initiatives and support wellbeing programs
- Manage HR data, reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to policy reviews, systems improvements, and leadership development
- 2–3 years in a generalist HR/People & Culture role
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and a genuine care for people
- Close-knit, values-led team with a strong family-oriented culture
