HR Generalist permanent role with strong ER focus, very flex work from home, salary up to $140k plus super

**Your new company**
This opportunity is with large early learning organisation who have a reputation for outstanding standards in their field. The established HR team are experienced and dedicated to service delivery with process improvements being brought in to support the achievement of their strategic goals. This is a HR generalist permanent role with a strong ER focus with flex working from arrangements.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the HR Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

- Providing expert ER advice to business leaders, managers, employees and People Business Partners on ER issues such as: absence, grievances, disciplinary, appeals, absence, health issues, discrimination, harassment claims, tribunals etc Awards experience
- Experience working across multi sites
- Providing general HR advise to key stakeholders across the business
- Previous experience working on modern award projects Work with key stakeholders and leaders across the business to fully understand their commercial needs and identify the proactive ER solutions necessary in achieving continuous improvement for relevant business areas.
- Having a deep understanding of workplace relations legislation, regulations and policies and procedures. Balance day to day execution of operational work in a fast-paced environment while also delivering on people and compliance initiatives to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience providing strong HR generalist and ER support and leadership across multiple sites. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to manage various partners within the business
