We're seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Overseas Visitors Health Cover team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, call centres, or member services, with strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a knack for problem-solving. You'll be part of a culture that values kindness, innovation, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to our customers, ensuring all interactions align with our policies and industry requirements.
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, call centres, or member services.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Team-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
