About the Role:

This role offers the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while having the support of a strong team of healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients, working collaboratively with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

The ideal candidate will have a professional background in Occupational Therapy and possess excellent communication skills, compassion, kindness, empathy, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Case management: managing caseloads and alleviating administrative tasks through collaboration with Rehabilitation Assistants.">
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.">
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs.">
  • Working across various schemes, such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.">
  • Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments.">

Qualifications and Skills:

You will be a driven and energetic professional with a degree in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA, previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded, and a current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
