Customer Service Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting internal and external customers with general enquiries and business operations.

This is an entry-level position that offers plenty of support and training opportunities. You will be working in a state-of-the-art office environment with excellent career development prospects.

Duties:
  • Inbound phone-based customer interactions
  • Email based customer inquiries
  • General administrative support
  • Providing customer service and resolving issues
  • Problem solving and complaints resolution
To Be Successful:
  • You must have exceptional customer focus and strong communication skills
  • Able to navigate between screens and systems quickly and efficiently
  • Solutions-focused with a positive attitude and a true team spirit
