Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Officer. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our staff and residents across Melbourne.

The position will be based in Prahan, with some travel to our various VIC facilities required. You will be supported by an existing IT support team and will have the opportunity to work on new information technology initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and residents via phone or email.
  • Carry out tasks assigned in support of departmental operations and objectives.
  • Assist in the rollout and delivery of IT services to facility residents.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers of IT products and services.
  • Help drive organisational efficiencies through implementing new information technology initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Practical experience providing IT support and assistance in a multi-site organisation.
  • Experience working with printers, MFDs and setup and support of these technologies is desirable.
  • A current driver's licence and car is required.
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
