We're Looking for a Self-Motivated Team PlayerThe ideal candidate will be a people-first Assistant Memberships Manager who can help drive new member growth and create meaningful experiences for our existing community.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new membership sales and support member retention across our locations.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to successful onboarding.
- Respond to new leads with warmth and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct engaging tours that match prospective members with the right spaces.
- Work with Community Teams to support member growth, needs changes, and internal referrals.
- Build trusted relationships with members, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- 2+ years' experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or membership-based environments.
- Self-driven with the ability to operate independently and make high-level decisions.
- A strong relationship builder who communicates with warmth and clarity.
- Naturally solutions-focused and curious about people's needs.
- Comfortable working toward targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail and follow-through.
