This role presents an exciting chance to work with a leading company in Australia, specifically within the legal sector. As a Learning Designer, you will be part of the Legal Product Lab Team and collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create engaging online learning experiences.

The position involves designing, developing, and implementing high-quality eLearning courses and materials that meet compliance training requirements for clients. Your expertise will be utilized to create interactive and multimedia content, including videos, quick reference guides, simulations, and assessments.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
  • Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise, Storyline, Adobe design suite).
  • Create engaging and interactive multimedia content.
  • Ensure eLearning materials are user-friendly, accessible, and inclusive, complying with industry standards.
  • Manage training suites with different clients, keeping them updated in line with agreed timelines.
  • Maintain Compliance Training contacts, content, and licensing information.
  • Stay up-to-date with eLearning trends, technologies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and developing eLearning content and materials, preferably in legal, professional services, financial services, or within a complex organization.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative group environment.

Salary: $90,000 per annum (part-time rate), depending on experience.
