The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at the Longines Boutique in Perth. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting the boutique management in all aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management
    • Support the Boutique Manager in motivating staff to optimize performance
    • Develop staff skills with the Boutique Manager and SGA department heads in areas of improvement
  • Sales & Service Management
    • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are upheld throughout the store at all times
    • Monitor targets for the sales team and ensure they are met, motivating staff to maximize their performance
    • Support the Customer Service department and address staffing, escalation, and operational issues
  • Operational Management
    • Support the Boutique Manager in operational tasks, including rostering, staff training, inventory planning, and boutique problem-solving
    • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
    • Proactively educate yourself on product and brand knowledge via e-learning modules
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration preferred
  • Demonstrated retail experience in the high-range product or luxury sector preferred
  • Proven staff management experience
  • Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
  • Excellent time and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
