The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at the Longines Boutique in Perth. As a key member of our sales and management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Boutique Manager in motivating staff to achieve optimal performance
- Develop staff skills in areas of improvement, in collaboration with the Boutique Manager and SGA department heads
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained throughout the store at all times
- Monitor sales targets and motivate staff to maximize their performance
- Support the Customer Service department in addressing operational issues and staffing concerns
- Assist the Boutique Manager in operational tasks, including rostering, staff training, inventory planning, and boutique problem-solving
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with product and brand knowledge through e-learning modules
- Implement the sales training program with the Boutique Manager, ensuring store selling skills are continually managed to the highest level
- Manage the Longines e-Learning training and Swatch Group Australia online modules, ensuring the sales team is conducting trainings on time and in line with Switzerland
- Tertiary qualifications in Business administration preferred
- Demonstrated retail experience in the high-range product or luxury sector preferred
- Proven staff management experience
- Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
- Excellent time and organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
