About Swatch Group

Swatch Group, a leading manufacturer of horological products, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. Based in Perth, Australia, this role will support the boutique management in sales, management, and leadership to ensure smooth operations and meet standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in motivating staff to optimize performance
  • Develop staff skills with the Boutique Manager and SGA department heads in areas of improvement
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are upheld throughout the store
  • Monitor sales targets and motivate staff to maximize performance
  • Support the Customer Service department and address operational issues

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business administration preferred
  • Demonstrated retail experience in the high-range product or luxury sector preferred
  • Proven staff management experience
  • Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
  • Excellent time and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
