About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Administration/Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends and anticipating potential issues and problems that could have a commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and potential issues
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Use financial management systems to process payroll and manage data
- Liaise with employees at all levels to provide excellent customer service
- Prepare financial and management reports for executives and managers
- Develop procedures and guidelines to support business operations
- Assist management in billing processes to support business operations
- Use intermediate computer skills to manage data and reports
- Work as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Certificate II or III in Business or equivalent qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and/or Business related area
- Demonstrated aptitude for figures, accuracy and logical problem solving
- Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Payroll experience of 2 years minimum or 3 years in finance or accounting department roles
- Leadership skills
