We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Moruya.
About the RoleThis is a part-time and casual opportunity, with flexibility to work early mornings or late nights, including weekends. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are in pristine condition, collecting trolleys, and supporting our store teams with waste processing routines.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and team rooms, and emptying bins
- Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
- Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
- Help our customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions
A competitive estimated salary of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
