Key Role: Membership Manager & Corporate PartnershipWe are seeking a collaborative and bold professional to lead our membership programs and corporate partnerships. Our mission is to preserve and present the unique history of NSW, bringing its stories to life through diverse voices and viewpoints.Job Description:Maintain and enhance our membership program by identifying, growing, retaining, and reviewing new and existing membership schemes, commercial and corporate partnerships to meet our audience and revenue targets.Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase brand awareness.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including event operations, financial management, budget forecasting, and reporting.Required Skills and Qualifications:Rlevant tertiary qualifications or significant relevant experience in membership bodies and corporate partnerships.Five years plus experience and success in procuring, managing, and leveraging financial and strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.Experience in producing an experiential events program to maintain and enhance a membership program.Knowledge and proven experience in financial management, budget forecasting, and reporting, business modelling, and event operations.Proven knowledge and demonstrated policy development skills with experience in preparing and implementing membership corporate partnership strategy.Diversity and Flexible Working:Our vision is to support and empower First Nations people, communities, and culture.We understand that flexibility means different things to different people and are committed to offering flexible work arrangements where and when possible.
