About this role

We're seeking a driven contracts professional to join our team in Wollongong. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide comprehensive contract support across all phases of construction projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, POs and variations.
  • Coordinate tenders, RFIs and project documentation.
  • Support claims, payments, financial reporting and compliance.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and regulators.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor and support junior staff.
Required skills and qualifications
  • 3–5 years' experience in contract administration in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and project financials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Procore and MS Office.
  • Organised, detail-focused and proactive.
