MODCO is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join our team in Wollongong. This full-time role will see you working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to provide comprehensive contract administration support across all phases of construction projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, POs and variations
- Coordinate tenders, RFIs and project documentation
- Support claims, payments, financial reporting and compliance
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and regulators
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Mentor and support junior staff
- 3–5 years' experience in contract administration in construction
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and project financials
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Procore and MS Office
- Organised, detail-focused and proactive
