About The Role

MODCO is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join our team in Wollongong. This full-time role will see you working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to provide comprehensive contract administration support across all phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, POs and variations
  • Coordinate tenders, RFIs and project documentation
  • Support claims, payments, financial reporting and compliance
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and regulators
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Mentor and support junior staff
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years' experience in contract administration in construction
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and project financials
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Procore and MS Office
  • Organised, detail-focused and proactive
