Job Overview

The Senior Contract Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success by working closely with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include preparing estimates through measuring quantities, developing subcontractor scopes of work, and issuing tenders. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for procurement scheduling and contract letting, project financial management, reporting, and forecasting, as well as supporting site teams in delivering projects in alignment with our accredited safety, quality, and environmental management system.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in commercial construction to take their career to the next level.
