About the RoleThis position offers a stimulating opportunity to work on a variety of complex projects, spanning multiple sectors and involving collaborations with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support project managers in overseeing contractual agreements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive quality and profitability by proactively identifying potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and implementing efficient processes to minimize costs.
- Prepare and review subcontract packages, negotiate tenders, and develop procurement schedules that meet client needs and contractual obligations.
- Process payments, manage variations, and track expenditure against budgets, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and monitor progress against strategic objectives.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 4-12 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within a tier 1, 2, or 3 organization.
- A valid Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
