Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill this critical position.
The successful candidate will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure project success by:
- Preparing accurate and detailed estimates through measuring quantities;
- Developing subcontractor scopes of work and issuing tenders in accordance with company policies;
- Managing procurement schedules and contract letting processes;
- Overseeing project financial management, including reporting and forecasting;
- Providing support to site teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar commercial construction role. There is potential for career progression into project management roles for the right candidate.
A competitive salary package can be negotiated commensurate with your experience.
