The Role
- Execute the procurement process from initial enquiry through to order completion, including delivery, receipt, and payment.
- Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs).
- Conduct commercial evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier information, inventories, and trading accounts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to optimize business contributions.
About You
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- Technical knowledge of all phases of procurement and expediting processes is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for building positive stakeholder relationships.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is highly regarded.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines is crucial.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are vital.
