Job Title: Practice Manager – Multi-Disciplinary Bariatric and General Surgery Practice

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly-motivated Practice Manager to support the business's advancement and growth. The manager will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy practice. The successful candidate will lead administrative functions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, optimise patient flow, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of practice operations including clinic and theatre scheduling, inpatient and outpatient billing, staffing and patient care

· Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative personnel

· Ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute business development strategies

· Oversee financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation

· Identify opportunities to improve workflow, patient engagement, and operational processes

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in healthcare practice management, preferably in a surgical or multi-disciplinary setting

· Experience with Medicare and private health insurance billing and compliance requirements

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent organisational and communication abilities

· Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and administrative staff

· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred

· Experience in bariatric surgery or weight management clinics is a plus

· Genie/Gentu software experience is highly regarded
