Enterprise Partnerships Leader
About the Role:
The Enterprise Partnerships team plays a pivotal role in fostering and growing relationships with institutional Wealth Management clients. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving strategic objectives, and building Iress' position within these institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Success Consultants to consistently deliver high-standard engagement, planning, and process excellence.
- Coordinate group activities, ensure delivery across all avenues, and foster a positive team culture.
- Work closely with senior executives to translate strategies into prioritized client deliverables.
- Analyse client businesses, identify operational and strategic requirements, and set team priorities accordingly.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, such as honesty, integrity, professionalism, and organisational commitment.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong commercial acumen and business skills.
- Well-developed financial planning industry technical knowledge and experience.
- Advanced client relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
