About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the executive team, you will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies that meet global and local objectives.

  • Champion enterprise-wide growth initiatives across whole company portfolios
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with global and local objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives to drive enterprise partnerships
  • Lead, manage and coach a seasoned team of Strategic Account Managers
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial contract negotiations, offer modelling, and deal execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree qualifications in Science, Business or related fields
  • Proven commercial leadership experience in Med Tech or related industries
  • Proven expertise in account development at enterprise-level
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, Power Point
