What you'll need to succeed:
5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success or similar client-facing roles
Enterprise software background (ideally in networking, security, cloud, or infrastructure)
Strong technical acumen with an ability to simplify complexity
Familiar or exposure working with networking, firewalls, network security etc.
A consultative approach and exceptional relationship-building skills
