Senior Client Partnership Manager We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Partnership Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide tailored support to drive business outcomes.

  • Analyze claims trends and implement processes to manage risks.
  • Educate clients on compliant claims management and provide strategic solutions.
  • Manage conflicts between multiple parties.
Requirements:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses:
  • Significant experience in client-facing roles within the claims, workers compensation or broking industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation.
  • Strategic mindset and approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective coaching ability.
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration, with a resilient attitude.
