About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rural Products Sales Representative to join our team at Elders Rural. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services that will provide the best solution to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and service new and existing business to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Support inventory management, including in-stock take and dispatch
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes
  • Activate and drive key sales campaigns and activity

About You

  • You are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
  • You are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
  • You have technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients
  • You have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills
  • You have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
  • You have a driver's license, and a forklift license is preferred, but we can support you to obtain one
