Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Digital Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, cross-selling, and maintaining existing client relationships. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets by generating and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business plans and expectations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to customers, ensuring their current and future requirements are met.
  4. Attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present sales ideas to support colleagues.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record of making proactive telephone calls to prospects or customers, with experience selling software over the phone.
  2. A strong understanding of business processes and practices.
  3. Persuasiveness and compelling skills when expressing ideas and concepts, with excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  4. Ability to ensure the CRM system is always current for accurate sales reporting.
