Job Description

Talent Acquisition is at the heart of our organization's growth strategy. We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end talent acquisition solutions.

This role requires a strong background in senior recruitment partnering, with expertise in sourcing, mapping, and candidate engagement. You'll be responsible for building competitor and market maps to support talent pipelining, nurturing passive candidates, and engaging diverse talent pools.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end sourcing for senior and niche roles.
  • Build competitor and market maps to support talent pipelining.
  • Nurture passive candidates and engage diverse talent pools.
  • Support light-touch Employer Branding and EVP initiatives.
