We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Solutions Expert Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive new revenue, build meaningful relationships and expand our footprint in the market.

Job Description:

As a Solutions Expert Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying strategic solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your primary objective will be to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals through effective partnership and collaboration.

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and demonstrations to promote our products and services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
  • Facilitate the sales administration process, including contract management and sales reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sales or account management
  • Proven track record of adding value through client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives and interpret/convey company mission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting to clients/prospects
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of technology and ability to absorb new systems and processes
