About the Role

The Maritime Cargo and Construction division has great opportunities for experienced Technical Advisors. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of high-level technical information and support to the Division and its Customers and will be the key contact in relation to equipment/system performance and trend analysis. Based in our Sydney branch in Erskine Park, the Technical Advisors provide an interface between the Factory (MCC) and other service and support functions within the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert technical advice and support on range of Liebherr-Maritime Cargo and Construction Products
- Maintain, repair and overhaul components of relevant Liebherr products
- Trouble shooting and fault-finding equipment problems
- Conduct effective high level field testing, trials and analysis on Liebherr plant and equipment
- Deliver training associated with technical information.
- Support of commissioning jobs
- Prepare reports and analysis of equipment, modifications, reliability and availability.

**About you**:

- Relevant qualification and at least 1 year of experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with both Construction & Harbour Mobile Machines.
- Experience with part lists, preparing quotes and order administration.
- Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hold a current driver's license.
