Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed product costings and nutritional information, using analytical skills to optimize financial performance and consumer appeal.
  • Create and review product specifications and artwork, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Support product launches and customer presentations, fostering effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food ingredient development, with a strong understanding of food regulations and compliance standards.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related field, demonstrating expertise in relevant areas such as nutrition, food technology, or culinary arts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
