Role Summary

As a Colour Matcher, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our colour capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create new formulations, maintain point-of-sale tint formulations, and support the development of factory-packaged colours.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in colour matching and formulation, preferably within the coatings industry. With a keen eye for colour and analytical skills, you'll enjoy working independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update colour formulation databases.
  • Match and create new colour formulations for protective coatings.
  • Support the development of factory-packaged colours.
  • Provide technical colour advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Utilise colour tools and software to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in colour matching with strong colour perception and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer-based tinting systems and colour programs.
  • Experience working independently with ability to prioritise and deliver results.
  • Background in coatings, colour technology, or lab-based environments is advantageous.
