Requirements

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager for a 12-month contract to boost E1's growth through impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

As Demand Generation Manager, you will develop and execute programs to increase awareness, acquire customers, and reduce churn among subcontractors, suppliers, and builders. You will diversify our marketing channels beyond Google Ads, scale predictable pipeline growth, and enhance lifecycle conversion and retention.

About You

  • You have a proven track record of delivering measurable demand generation results in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • You are proficient in channels like Google Ads, paid social, events, and partnerships, with a focus on ROI optimization.
  • You are commercially savvy, understanding CAC payback, pipeline contribution, and customer LTV.
  • You are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable implementing playbooks and systems in a lean team.
  • You embody humility, hunger, and intelligence.
  • You are a team player committed to the success of the business.
