
Child Behaviour Specialist

As a Child Behaviour Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and receive hands-on training in behaviour modification. You will be delivering one-to-one interventions in homes and schools, working closely with experienced Behaviour Specialists.
This role is ideal for individuals who are studying Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counselling, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy. As an engaging and energetic team member, you will love working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
In this role, you will receive close supervision and coaching from our experienced Behaviour Supervisors. You will also participate in evidence-based programs and be matched with one of our families to deliver one-to-one support.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Working with Children check (Employee), NDIS Workers Screening Check (Employee) and a Driver's License & Vehicle.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in behaviour management, child development and family support. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for those who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
