Job Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner
We are seeking a qualified practitioner to work with our team, providing high-quality support services to clients across Victoria and Tasmania.
The successful applicant will have experience in behaviour support, assessment, and interventions, working with clients to achieve their goals. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients who have been identified with behaviours of concern
- Complete risk assessments to determine restrictive practice
- Develop Functional Behaviour Assessment Reports
- Develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Participate in supervision
- Develop interventions and work with stakeholders to deliver interventions
- Monitor and adapt behavioural programs
- Work with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for Core, Proficient or Advanced/Specialist Capability status
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Suitable qualifications for delivery of behavioural services
- Eligible to work according to the NDIS Screening Rules
- Current Working with Children Check
