Job Title: Product Leadership Position - Australia

Description:

The Product Manager will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and executing the strategic direction of the brand across the Australian region. This includes ensuring structured alignment to the brand's marketing standards, objectives, strategies, and philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with bottler channel teams, local and international marketing teams, and Monster Energy Company (MEC) agencies to implement cost-effective promotional platforms that drive trade-wide executional scale, product trial, brand awareness, and sales volumes.
  • Activate and leverage global, national, regional events and properties within established local market business plans, including leveraging local merchandising opportunities, while maintaining and delivering clear Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to ensure connectivity and consistency across programming, highlighting key pivot points in planning and development to optimize overall marketing output and delivery.
  • Ensure all branding, logo use is in line with brand standards at all events and activations, approved under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Snr. Director Marketing according to MEC branding guidelines.
  • Accountable for the marketing budget, aligned to specific programs, as set in conjunction with Marketing Manager and HQ Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders for key image-building scenes in sports and culture.
  • Ensure relationships remain professional to ensure rational decision-making based on clear ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands, agency, or brand.
  • Advance user Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
