Role Overview

Samsung is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to lead our Display & Brand Memory (DBM) team in Australia. This pivotal leadership opportunity will enable you to manage the fastest growing product lines and drive business growth through strategic planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and drivers through detailed analysis of market share data, sell through information, and customer feedback.
  • Support product managers to localise product roadmaps and initiatives from HQ, ensuring compelling market stories for our products.
  • Lead an energetic team, fostering a creative and supportive environment, and contribute to healthy debate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Communicate closely with HQ Global Business Managers to ensure effective HQ support and align objectives and business targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant Product/Category Management experience, ideally from a B2B environment.
  • Well-developed leadership experience, with a proven ability to achieve budgeted targets and revenue targets with full P&L management.
  • High level of business acumen, with a strong ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, influence, and present to all levels of the business.
