Product Leadership Manager

This is a senior role where you will own the product end-to-end, be heavily involved through all parts of the project, and coordinate resources while helping execute as well. You will work closely with the current Head of Product and have a strong likelihood of growing into a Head of Product role in the future. The ideal candidate will have experience in running a similar project in a SaaS business, where they have successfully replatformed a product from a legacy environment to a modern cloud/microservice. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to operate with a degree of ambiguity. Key responsibilities include translating requirements into technical specs, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and collaborating with onshore/offshore engineers on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate requirements into technical specs and create detailed stories

* Maintain a prioritized backlog

* Work with onshore/offshore engineers on delivery

* Collaborate with onshore/offshore QA to facilitate testing

* Ensure quality and timely delivery

* Collaborate with tech teams

* Manage and call out tech risks

* Drive process, system, and product improvement

Requirements:

* Experience in running a similar project in a SaaS business

* Strong leadership and collaboration skills

* Ability to operate with a degree of ambiguity

* Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud/microservice environments
