About the Role

This pivotal role demands an expert capable of developing and delivering projects aligned with AV's objectives. The successful candidate will leverage the AV Project Management Framework and associated templates to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Project development and delivery to meet specified goals
  • Contribution to the design and implementation of workforce planning strategies, encompassing attraction, retention, capacity, and capability enhancement initiatives
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the Workforce Planning team and stakeholders across all divisions to prioritize and drive project deliverables and outcomes

About You

To excel in this position, you should possess a degree in Human Resources or Business, or relevant industry certification. Demonstrated experience in project management, interpersonal communication, and policy formulation is essential.

A strong negotiation, facilitation, and problem-solving skillset, combined with the ability to foster effective working relationships with stakeholders, is highly valued.
