Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join our Corporate/M&A team in Sydney. As a key support professional, you will work closely with a partner and a team of leading lawyers on matters for high-profile clients, delivering exceptional support to enable the team to provide outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
  • Effective file management and maintenance of accurate records
  • Proactive management of calendars and scheduling
  • Billing, time coding, and reporting with high attention to detail
  • Organizing travel arrangements for business purposes
  • Supporting events and business development activities

Required Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance-related software
