As a key member of our Corporate/M&A team, you will provide high-quality legal support to our partner and team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage files and documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules to optimize team productivity.
  • Process billing, time coding, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for team members and clients.
  • Assist with events and business development activities to drive growth and success.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance-related software.
  • Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients.
