We are seeking a skilled M&A lawyer to join our Corporate and Transactional Services practice in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client expectations and lines of enquiry, providing strong advisory and client relationship skills, and working on domestic and cross-border transactions.

You will be an important contributor to the success of our transactional services team, working closely with Partners on business development activities to identify new client opportunities and contribute strategically to proposal and tender efforts.

  • Qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in private practice
  • Demonstrated experience working on private and/or public M&A transactions
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Collegiate and collaborative, with the ability to lead, mentor and support other team members
