About the Position

This role offers a great opportunity for an Assistant Client-Side Project Manager who is ready to advance their career. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior project managers and directors, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle from initial planning through to completion
  • Support senior project managers with coordination of consultants, contractors and stakeholders
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct site visits, assist in project reporting and track progress against plans
  • Identify project risks and work collaboratively to implement solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in client-side project management, construction or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management principles including budgeting, scheduling and quality control
  • Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and project teams
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset to tackle project challenges
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related discipline are preferred

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
