As a Senior Contract Administrator at Mirvac, you'll be part of our Apartments and Commercial division on our iconic 55 Pitt Street project, a $500mil premium grade commercial tower.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading subcontractor tender processes
  • Arranging quotations and completing tender comparisons for review by the project team
  • Leading tender meetings and negotiations with subcontractors
  • Managing and leading all financial and contractual aspects associated with the subcontract
  • Ensuring project parameters for costs are met or exceeded
  • Preparing and maintaining cost controls and closely monitoring financial risk and opportunities
  • Assessing works complete and preparing progress claims (as applicable)

You'll also provide financial and commercial guidance to the project manager and site team, assist the Commercial Manager when required, and contribute to fostering a strong culture aligned with Mirvac's key values.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator on large commercial projects, with a degree in a relevant field and strong analytical skills. You'll also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
