About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Rockhampton, Gladstone, and Bundaberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering workplace rehabilitation services that help individuals engage in meaningful occupations and promote optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services to injured workers, including assessments, case management, and education.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with employers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments, including drug and alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing.
  • Develop job dictionaries and perform manual task risk assessments.
  • Lead interactive manual handling training and implement stretching and warm-up programs.
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments in workplace, home, and vehicle settings.

Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation, or ASORC/RCAA accreditation.
