About the Role:

As an Electrical Team Leader at Cement Australia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the maintenance plan for our heavy industrial manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the applicable standards, monitoring compliance inspections and testing, and coordinating contractors on site. Additionally, you will contribute to weekly planning and shutdown plans, providing support to your team when necessary and leading from the front.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in a Supervisory role in a heavy industrial environment. You will need to hold a Current unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers Licence, with Electrical Instrumentation and Tertiary qualifications in a Technical or Engineering discipline being desirable. You should also have HV Switching Certified and EEHA Certified, as well as experience in SAP. You will bring a high level of organisational and planning skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to this role.
