About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace rehabilitation services that help individuals engage in meaningful occupations and promote optimal health and well-being. Your duties will include assessing injured workers, developing strategies for their return to work, and providing clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services that help individuals engage in meaningful occupations and promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Assess injured workers to determine the best strategies for their return to work.
  • Develop and implement strategies for injured workers to return to work safely and effectively.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
  • Partner with various organizations to deliver a range of services, including pre-employment assessments, job dictionaries, manual task risk assessments, and ergonomic assessments.

Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation, or ASORC/RCAA accreditation.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
