About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming individual who embodies confidence and possesses a deep understanding of how to create a truly unique guest experience. As a Hotel Porter, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, addressing their requests and inquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide clear directions within the hotel and share valuable information about the surrounding areas, enhancing our guests' experience
  • Efficiently handle, store, and deliver luggage to guest rooms, ensuring seamless service
  • Valet park and retrieve guests' vehicles with precision and care
  • Maintain our parking facilities to the highest standards, ensuring they are immaculate and inviting

Requirements:

  • A friendly and welcoming approach that exemplifies exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance that reflects our standards
  • A solid knowledge of the local area and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude that enhances the guest experience
  • A valid Australian driver's license to facilitate vehicle handling
