About the Role

This leadership position is focused on driving customer success and growth through strategic planning, talent development, and coaching. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and leading successful negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coach and guide teams through renewal and expansion negotiations to achieve revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of all account relationships and manage customer escalations to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Motivate teams to foster strong customer relationships and drive trust and revenue growth.
  • Invest in building proactive managers who prioritize effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Prioritize talent attraction, retention, and development to create a high-performing team ecosystem.
  • Manage competing priorities in an ever-changing environment, displaying exceptional prioritization skills.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing managers and 2+ years of overseeing high-performing teams of Customer Success Managers. They should also have 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a minimum of 3 years in the SaaS space. A proven track record of negotiating and coaching contract terms is essential.
